Family comes over to my house and my mom cooks a meal. We also have an Easter egg hunt for the two young kids.

Some family came over for dinner but that was pretty much it. We had a ham dinner with potatoes, corn, and squash. My younger cousin got an Easter Basket, but that was extent of doing anything special pretty much.

Here in our country we have the Easter Egg Hunt for some families. Some communities have it also to promote camaraderie with people in the neighborhood. Me and my family are usually attending mass but now since we are divided, I just stayed home and work at home.

I miss easter egg hunts, they were always fun specially when my grandparents had money in the eggs (along with candy!)

In my country, there isn't any Easter celebration because it is not an observed event here. I sure want to hut Easter eggs with my kids

You could always import some eggs and do it with your kids, it's not really observed here in the states really its just a moral day.
